Scaffold structure requirements

⑴ the structure of the longitudinal horizontal bar shall comply with the following provisions

① the longitudinal horizontal bar should be set inside the vertical bar, and its length should not be less than 3 spans

② the longitudinal horizontal bar should be connected with butt fasteners or overlapped. There are corresponding provisions for butt joint and lap joint

⑵ the structure of the horizontal bar shall comply with the following provisions

① a horizontal bar must be set at the main node, fastened with right angle fasteners and strictly removed. The center distance between the two right angle fasteners at the main node shall be greater than 150mm. In the double row scaffold, the extension length of one end against the wall shall not be greater than 0.4L (L is the span of the horizontal bar), and shall not be greater than 500mm

② horizontal bars at non main nodes on the working floor should be set at equal intervals according to the needs of supporting scaffold boards, and the maximum spacing should not be greater than 1/2 of the longitudinal distance

③ when stamping steel scaffold board, wood scaffold board and bamboo string piece scaffold board are used, both ends of the horizontal pole of the double row scaffold shall be fixed on the upright pole with right angle fasteners; One end of the horizontal pole of the single row scaffold shall be fixed on the upright pole with right angle fasteners, and the other end shall be inserted into the wall, and the insertion length shall not be less than 180mm

PVC, POM, polyvinyl alcohol and other industries have suffered serious losses ⑶ the setting of scaffold board should comply with the following provisions:

① the scaffold board of the operation layer should be paved fully and stably, 120~150mm away from the wall. Stamping steel scaffold board, wood scaffold board, bamboo string piece scaffold board, etc. should be set on three horizontal bars. When the length of the scaffold board is less than 2m, it can be supported by two horizontal bars, but both ends of the scaffold board should be reliably fixed to prevent overturning. These three kinds of scaffold boards can be laid in pairs or overlapped. When the scaffold board is butted and tiled, two pieces must be set at the joint. The outer extension of the scaffold board should be 130~150mm, and the cellulose should be oxidized and decomposed in one step. The sum of the extension lengths of the two scaffold boards should not be greater than 300mm; The scaffold board overlapping laying includes mold manufacturers, universities and preferred customers. The joint must be supported on the horizontal bar, and the overlapping length should be greater than 200mm, and the length of its extension from the horizontal bar should not be less than 100mm

② the length of the scaffold board probe at the end of the operation layer should be 150mm, and both ends of the board length should be reliably fixed with the support rod
